Custom Costume Base Deposit

This is for the deposit only for custom costume base to be delivered in the November/December timeframe

Dancer measurements will be provided approximately six weeks prior to delivery date

Final balance due to be paid upon completion of the costume and prior to shipment

Shipping charges will be included in the final balance invoice
